Structure :
1.Vision system:
HT-F7 have 5 sets of imported camera for vision alignment, mark correction. That is why our repeat precision reach 0.02mm.
2.PCB:
HT-F7 suitable for max pcb size is 1200*330 mm, min pcb size is 80*330 mm.The pcb thickness is 0.5-5 mm.We use adjustable pressure pneumatic for PCB clamping.And the mounting mode is group to pick and group to pick.
3.Operating system:
The system is windows 7, software is R&D independently, display is LED monitor, input device is keyboard and mouse.
4. Control system:
Electric control add motion control card module 1 set, which are independent research and development by ETON.
Features:
There are four features of HT-F7:
1.There are two mounting modules, 18 nozzles for each mounting part, part A and part B can be mounted separately or synchronously.
2.Exclusive patent technology:Group to take and group to mount.

HT-F7 can apply to LED tube, LED panel, 0.5m and 1m LED flexible strip.
